Woo wee. So I have been doing lots of stuff the last two months and have been using my free time to sew but I didn\’t have enough free time left over to blog! So I am going to be doing some catch up. I am on a trip right now and have some down time at night so I will try and catch up in bout 3-5 posts so that things don\’t just smush together.
First of all I\’ll catch you up on the main things that happened and then I\’ll devote posts to the last two months and hopefully will stay current once I catch up.
1. I moved! I went from an entire room devoted to sewing to a nook under the stairs devoted to sewing. š Jk. š¦ I actually like it though. I purged a lot of stuff I was never going to use and now since its in view I have to either finish what I work on or clean up all the threads and scraps of fabric when I\’m done for the day, making it easier to start again when I\’m able to come back to it.
2. Got a puppy! The boy and I moved in together and he just got a puppy. Well its been a couple of months now but his name is Clifford, and he is the sweetest, most dopey pup I\’ve ever known. He passed puppy kindergarten and we have him enrolled in beginner obedience now. He\’s definitely added some flavor to the household.
3. I have been doing some non profit trips to Belize so I have had. Squeeze in my quilting time in between the trips, working outside my normal hours, and in between my social life to make us everything gets done. I am proud of myself that everything has been completed and mailed on time. Yay me!!
So I didn\’t drop off the face of the world, I just had some big stuff happen that took some of my extra time. I have missed y\’all and have missed documenting all of my progress and am excited to get back in the swing of things! Keep posted, I\’ll be getting caught up the next couple of days and I have been doing some cool things!
I like your little nook…but I like that adorable puppy even more! I totally understand about not having time to blog…I'm playing catch up, too:)
