So I have cleaned up most of my UFOs and am ready to start some new projects! The first one is a Sparkle Punch Baby Quilt, made in Ruby, for my college coach\’s baby, expected this summer. I have been wanting to make this quilt since I saw the Quilt Along several months ago and now is as good of time as any!
I bought a Ruby layer cake when a LQS was going out of business and I love it but I personally have seen too much of it in blogland so I realized I needed to use it in something I am giving away. I really love the brightness of the colors and how they are popping off the white background!
I also have been meaning to make a camera strap for the longest time, so I finally made one this weekend using LBG Studio\’s Camera Strap Tutorial. I really like this one because it has a lens cap pocket and I never know what to do with that thing when I take it off!
I used some of my Malka Dubrawsky line, plus now I can spot my camera from across the room.
Finally I made a phone sleeve for the boy. He just got a new job and now has 4 phones, it\’s ridiculous. This is a sleeve for his business one so he can tell the difference when multiple phones are in his pocket. I tried to make it look manly…
I\’m working on some other stuff that I\’ll show you this week! Thanks for visiting!
Oh wow! A camera Strap is on my to do list. I have been too lazy to look for a tutorial, but you found it for me! Thanks. I love the one you made!

The camera strap looks like it's come from an expensive shop :)I love your Sparkle Punch blocks too, they'll make a great present.
